Please remember we make to order - we don't keep stock. This allows us to offer FREE postage and packaging anywhere in the UK.
When we receive your order we will schedule the manufacture of your item(s) and get it/them dispatched within 10 working days.In the UK, we send all items by 2nd class Royal Mail recorded, or with Fedex recorded. Please allow 14 working days from date of payment to delivery. If you haven't received the item(s) by then, please contact us as the item(s) may have got lost in the post.
You will receive a dispatch notification when we send your item(s) so you know delivery is imminent.
Overseas customers please allow 21 working days from date of payment to delivery. This gives us 10 days to manufacture your cover and 11 days to get it to you. If you live in the EU you will typically receive your cover well within that time. All overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail airmail and take an average of 10 to 14 days from dispatch to arrival.
Returns
Where an item(s) is returned as a result of a manufacturing error or where the cover doesn't fit to your satisfaction, we will refund the costs of the return. Items returned as a result of incorrect dimensions submitted or incorrect item(s) ordered will be for the account of the returnee.
